Sydney Mack has been in love with music since her mom played Naomi to her three-year-old Wynonna, singing, "Grandpa, Tell Me 'Bout the Good Old Days" in their family room. She has given music a lifetime of dedication, from her classical music education to stints as a Music Row intern while attending Nashville's Belmont University. On Season 14 of American Idol, Sydney was one of only 37 contestants from Nashville given a golden ticket to Los Angeles for Hollywood Week. The following year, she was voted into the NashNext Top 10, where Sydney and the rest of the Top 10 toured with country artist, Raelynn. She has opened for country superstars such as Miranda Lambert, Florida Georgia Line, Brett Eldredge, Charlie Daniels and the legendary George Jones. While her love of singing and performing runs deep, Sydney didn’t discover her passion for songwriting until she got to Nashville. Over the past few years, Sydney has shared her ideas with some of the industry’s best songwriters. After sharing clips of some of her original songs on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, Sydney quickly garnered millions of views and continues to receive an amazing response from fans. Sharing clever, honest, and vulnerable lyrics about very relatable topics has helped her build an avid fanbase, and large following across all social media platforms. Due to such a positive response from fans, Sydney released 15 songs from 2021 and 2023, amassing over 7 million streams on Spotify and Apple Music, and is slated to release more music in 2024. In 2022, Sydney was given an incredible opportunity, as she was commissioned to write and perform a brand-new official Monster Jam theme song. She debuted the song during Monster Jam at Nissan Stadium in Nashville in June 2022 and returned to Nissan Stadium during Monster Jam World Finals in July 2023 to perform it again. She says: “I wanted to make sure to capture the sights, sounds, action, and passion behind Monster Jam and its millions of fans around the world, and I’m so proud of how it turned out!” The hard work that ties it all together has her poised for a breakthrough. While this past year has afforded Sydney the time to focus on creating the songs that define her as an artist and gives the listener a vulnerable candid look into her soul, she is ready to shine again on stage, both as a headliner and in support of country's biggest stars. "I love to watch people come to a show and, without realizing it, let go of their burdens and get swept up in the music. That's what it does for me too.”
